About William R. Wade

        Mr. Wade is a graduate of Centre College of Kentucky, with a B.S. degree in Economics and Management, and received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 1986. He was Chief Judge of Cumberland's Trail Advocacy Board, a member of Cumberland's National Trial Team, and completed Trial internships with both the United States Attorney Office, Northern District of Alabama, and District Attorney's Office in Shelby County, Alabama. Upon graduation from law school he returned to Kentucky and began practicing criminal law. He was admitted to to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (1986), Alabama (1988) and Florida (1989). He is admitted in the Federal Courts of Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama and the Northern District of Florida.

        Mr. Wade has been a solo practitioner based in Milton, Florida since 1993 concentrating in criminal defense and domestic relations in the Florida Courts as well as Alabama and Kentucky. He has and continues to handle a broad range of criminal matters from 1st Degree Murder to Shoplifting. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Society of the Criminal Defense Bar 1st Judicial Circuit, Florida Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association where he has served as a member of it's Executive Counsel since 1998.
